1. Return Window
Items must be initiated for return within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition/packaging.
- A standard, non-custom item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned orders.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Used or damaged items.
Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging.
DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at koppawood@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of:

All packaging materials. We will review the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Koppa Wood Design is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, re-shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
