By accessing or purchasing from Koppa Wood Design, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products & Handcrafting

Our items are handcrafted and made to order. Slight variations in color, grain, and shape are a natural part of the product's uniqueness and all photos are for reference only.

2. Orders & Production

• Payment: Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Timeline: Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before shipping.
• Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Items are shipped via UPS with tracking provided. We are not responsible for delays or incorrect delivery caused by address input errors.

4. Returns & Intellectual Property

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days for unused, non-custom items. Custom orders are final sale.
• Property: All designs, text, and images are the intellectual property of Koppa Wood Design.
