We take great care in handcrafting and packaging your orders. Please review our shipping timelines and terms below.
1. Production Timeline
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1–3 weeks for production before your item is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Tracking
- Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via UPS.
- A tracking number will be provided once your item has been shipped.
- Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. after production is complete.
3. Delivery & Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.
4. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at koppawood@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of both the packaging and the item.
