Koppa Wood Design ships products from Japan.
Shipping Within Japan
Orders shipped within Japan are eligible for free shipping when the order total is ¥30,000 or more.
- Orders under ¥30,000: Shipping fee applies
- Orders of ¥30,000 or more: Free shipping
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on the product size, weight, and delivery address.
Small products and lamps are shipped using trackable services such as Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Additional charges may apply to Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and certain other areas.
Processing Time
In-stock items are usually shipped within 3–7 business days after the order and payment have been confirmed.
Made-to-order and custom items may require approximately 1–4 weeks before shipment.
If a specific processing time is listed on the product page, that timeframe will apply.
Large Furniture
Large furniture, tables, consoles, and similar items are not included in the standard free-shipping conditions.
Shipping is calculated based on the product size, weight, delivery address, and delivery requirements.
The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Please review the shipping fee before placing your order.
Depending on the product and delivery address, we may provide an individual shipping quote before purchase when necessary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos of the following:
- The entire product
- The damaged area
- The outer box
- All packing materials
- The shipping label
Please keep the product and all packaging materials until the carrier’s investigation has been completed.
Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery
If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect address or refused delivery, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees required for reshipment.
