FAQ
What finish do you use?
We primarily use Osmo natural oil finishes to protect the wood while preserving its grain and natural character.
How long does production take?
Production time varies by product. Lamps typically take around two weeks, while furniture may take around one month. We will confirm the estimated lead time based on your order and our current production schedule.
How does shipping work?
Please see our Shipping Policy for information about shipping rates and delivery methods.
Will the wood look exactly like the photos?
Each piece of natural wood has its own grain and color. Your item may vary slightly from the photographs; these variations are part of the material’s natural character.
Can I request a custom size or material?
Please contact us before placing your order to discuss changes to size or materials. We will let you know what is possible and provide pricing and an estimated lead time.
Product Story
We designed this chair for sitting back and spending time around a fire or in the garden.
It has a deep seat and a substantial, weighty feel, with a slightly geometric form.
